COATING APPLIED IN A PARTICULAR WAY
Giving a boat a protective coating is a complex operation that differs according to the hull material and the type of product used.
The cycle involves the application of a variety of one-pack or two-pack products in a precise sequence and in combinations determined by their specific characteristics. Optimal protection, aesthetics and durability are achieved by meticulous execution of individual steps.
- 1 coat of Adherpox (DFT 50 μm)
If necessary apply a coat of Epomast Evo
1 coat of Adherpox (DFT 100 μm) - 1 coat of Epoway (DFT 100 μm) or
1 coat of Polygoal (DFT 100 μm) - 2 coats of Gel Gloss Pro (DFT 40 μm)*
*add Antiskid Powder or Antiskid Powder CF for the deck - 3 coats of Adherpox (DFT 150 μm)
- 2 coats of Antifouling paint (DFT 50 μm)
The indicated thickness refers to a single coat.
- 1 coat of Gelprime (DFT 45 μm)
- 2 coats of Easylac (DFT 40 μm, ) or
2 coats of Unigloss (DFT 40 μm)*
*add Antiskid Powder or Antiskid Powder CF for the deck - 1/3 coats of Ticoprene (DFT 60 μm)
- 2 coats of Antifouling paint (DFT 50 μm)

- 1 coat of Adherpox (DFT 60 μm)
If necessary apply a coat of Epomast Evo - 1 coat of Adherpox (DFT 100 μm)
- 1 coat of Epoway (DFT 100 μm) or
1 coat of Polygoal (DFT 100 μm) - 2 coats of Gel Gloss Pro (DFT 40 μm)*
*add Antiskid Powder or Antiskid Powder CF for the deck - 2 coats of Resina 3+ (DFT 100 μm) and
1 coat of Adherpox (DFT 60 μm) or
1 coat of Adherpox (DFT 150 μm) - 2 coats of Antifouling paint (DFT 50 μm)

- 2 coats of Aquastop (DFT 200 μm)
Wait a minimum of 48 hours (maximum 72) at 20°C
Before applying primer, sand with fine grade abrasive paper - 1 coat of Adherglass (DFT 15 μm) or
1 coat of Adherpox (DFT 60 μm) - 2 coats of Antifouling paint (DFT 50 μm)
The indicated thickness refers to a single coat.
- 1 coat of Aquastop (DFT 200 μm)
- After 16 hours fill with Epomast Evo. For any spot repairs use Epomast
Sand the surface before continuing with subsequent coats - 2 coats of Aquastop (DFT 200 μm)
Wait a minimum of 48 hours (maximum 72) at 20°C.
Before applying primer, sand with fine grade abrasive paper - 1 coat of Adherglass (DFT 15 μm). Continue after 3-12 hours at 20°C or
1 coat of Adherpox (DFT 60 μm). Continue after 10 hours at 20°C - 2 coats of Antifouling paint (DFT 50 μm)
WE RECOMMEND: launching the boat a minimum of seven days after application of the final coat of Aquastop.
ATTENTION: if the maximum recoating times are exceeded, always sand before continuing with the coating system.

One-pack products: only for peaks and bilges, 2 coats of Sentiflex (DFT 40 μm)
