Once again this year we will be present at METSTRADE 2022, the international event dedicated to the professionals of the yachting industry that will take place in Amsterdam from November 15th to 17th.

METS represents for Veneziani Yachting an extraordinary networking opportunity with the main players of the yacht and superyacht industry, thanks to the presence of more than 1,300 companies that every year exhibit in world preview the main technological innovations in the nautical sector.

In this edition we will present the BRANDS OF THE FUTURE, cornerstones of the strategic evolution of the Group's Yachting Division, which is strongly proposed as one global supplier for the full paint system and service provision.

In addition, we will also share at METS the ongoing partnership with Water Revolution Foundation, the Public Benefit Organization with which we are analyzing the full life cycle impact of our antifoulings, with the aim of reducing it.

Gruppo Boero, with the Veneziani Yachting brand, once again participated in the Genoa Boat Show 2022, the most representative appointment of Made in Italy excellence in the yachting sector, which from September 22nd to 27th hosted insiders and lovers of the sea.

Veneziani dedicated part of the event to its new Wood Line and also to the Veneziani Program, the program created to support dealers' activities through multiple tools such as tutorials, the new website and the innovative e-shop.

Among the latest innovations that were announced, was of great importance - in the context of the sustainability path undertaken by the Group - the presentation of the partnership launched with Water Revolution Foundation: the Public Benefit Organization founded in the Netherlands by a small group of leaders in the superyacht industry who in 2018 shared the need to guide the nautical ecosystem toward sustainable change.

The Genoa Boat Show was an opportunity to share the new strategic direction taken by the Group's Yachting Division, which is strongly positioning itself as a single global supplier for complete paint system and service provision.

Nos complace anunciar "Wood Line", la nueva línea de productos dedicada al cuidado y protección de todos los  tipos de superficie de madera de las embarcaciones.

Proponemos una reformulación de la línea para la madera Veneziani Yachting mejorada e integrada, tanto desde el punto de vista técnico como estético, con nuevos productos divididos en cuatro categorías diferentes: pinturas, impregnantes, resinas y productos para el cuidado de la madera de teca. La gama consta de 19 productos: 14 en base solvente y 5 en base agua.

Wood Line ofrece una amplia variedad de pinturas, monocomponentes y bicomponentes, incluyendo resinas epoxi al agua y sin disolventes: un sistema tecnológicamente avanzado con excelentes características de penetración, flexibilidad y adherencia. Los productos para el cuidado de la teca están especialmente diseñados para limpiar y proteger en profundidad, sin invadir las maderas preciosas, mientras que los nuevos impregnantes, también disponibles en ambas bases, se caracterizan por una excelente penetración en este soporte y son ideales para resaltar las vetas naturales.

Todas las nuevas productos propuestos por Veneziani Yachting que no tienen un artículo correspondiente en la línea para la madera anterior estarán disponibles de inmediato para todos los distribuidores, mientras que los productos ya incluidos, pero mejorados en la nueva Línea, se distribuirán exclusivamente durante los primeros tres meses para los distribuidores que forman parte del Veneziani Program.

El formulación de los productos en base agua de la nueva línea Wood Line tiene como objetivo subrayar el camino sostenible emprendido por Gruppo Boero, con el objetivo de preservar el rol central del ecosistema marino y promover un modelo inspirador en armonía y equilibrio con el planeta.

On October 1st, the curtain rose on Expo 2020 Dubai, the universal exhibition that  will see how 200 countries present the best of their ideas until March 31st, inspired by the main theme of the event "Connecting minds, generating the future".

Gruppo Boero, as Premium Partner of the Italian Pavilion, took up the challenge and put all its expertise into play in order to better interpret this topic.

Thanks to its know-how and competence demonstrated, the cutting-edge products signed by the group have covered the Italian Pavilion. The company painted over 13,000 square meters of surface: for the external part, the inverted hull structure of the pavilion's roof make up the largest flag in the history of Italy (2100mq) and was painted with high-tech products from the nautical sector. The 165 columns supporting the structure were painted with the same products as well.

Some interior areas, on the other hand, have been decorated with the experimental use of "new materials", painting solutions that use spirulina-based raw materials. The microalgae gives surprising colors, thus offering an alternative with a lower environmental impact than traditional raw materials.

But this year's Expo represents so much more. It is proof that the company, with its 190-year history, considers sustainable innovation one of its fundamental assets to continue growing.
On this occasion, Gruppo Boero will show the world the excellence of the "Made in Italy", capable of creating beauty through color.

We continue to inform you about the current project "Green Keel Pack", born from the constant research of the Gruppo Boero in order to obtain a lower environmental impact, in collaboration with the KeelCrab submarine drone company.

Most of the boats selected to test this 'green' initiative have already been painted with Eco Hull Paint, our biocide-free hull paint that acts as an antifouling. For these boats, in fact, we have already started to carry out the cleaning process of the hull with the KeelCrab drone.

Having sustainability as a primary value and a commitment to reducing its environmental impact have led Gruppo Boero to look for new projects, innovative and respectful of the sea. For this reason, the Group together with Keelcrab, a brand of submarine drones produced by the company Aeffe Srl., have developed the Green Keel Pack: the pilot project that can revolutionize the cleaning and maintenance of boats.

Born from a constant search for an antifouling with low environmental impact on the sea, Green Keel Pack is a project that combines the cleaning technology of the KeelCrab drone with our experience in the development of top quality antifouling. In this case it is a product with zero biocide content: our Eco Hull Paint.

The pilot pack will be provided for free to the first 25 owners who will apply to the project. Once the antifouling has been applied, a specialized operator will perform a cleaning cycle every two months with the underwater drone, without the need to move the boat and ensuring that the paint and hull are kept in an optimal state.
